How do i enquire about a bridal booking?
Kindly read through the Bridal Enquiry Guidelines, and ensure all information is included in your initial email to ensure that we can check availability, and give you an accurate quotation to your booking request.

How far in advance do you take Bridal bookings?
Bridal bookings are STRICTLY taken 6 months in advance. Please note we do not take bookings prior to this exact time frame to ensure it is fair for all enquiring brides. Bookings are taken on a first in best dressed basis.
Do you travel for Bridal bookings?
Yes, we do travels on location for groups of 5 or more. Please note we do travel for smaller groups however we do have a minimum spend amount for group bookings (please head to Bridal Pricing)

Are trial bookings compulsory?
Trial bookings are not at all compulsory, but are definently welcomed
Please note Trial bookings does not secure your date. Your bookings is only secure once a booking fee payment has been received.
Where are trial bookings conducted?
Trial bookings take place at our Studio located in Brookfield VIC. We do not travel on location for Bridal Trials, and Trial bookings are strictly conducted on selected weekdays only.
Can i bring someone along with me to my Trial booking?
Of course! If you prefer to bring someone along you are more than welcome to. We do however restrict this to one additional guest to your booking.
However from previous experiences we do find trial bookings work best Solely with the Bride in attendance only.
How do i secure my date?
Bridal bookings can be secured 6 months in advance. In order to secure your booking a non refundable booking fee is required of $250.
If I cancel my Bridal booking can i get a refund ?
Unfortunately Booking fee's are non refundable. This payment covers administration costs and takes your date off the market for other brides. This fee is deducted from the final cost of your booking.
Do you travel interstate or overseas for bookings?
Yes we do. Please note interstate and overseas bookings can be taken 9-12months in advance, so please ensure you specify this in your booking enquiry.
